Sleeping up to 18 guests with ample social space and broad-sweeping island vistas, the estate is the ultimate entertaining abode. Perfectly nestled cliffside, boasting exclusive access to the island’s iconic beach, The Point Estate is one of the most impressive private Caribbean retreats. Sleeping up to 14 adults and 8 children, in sleek free-standing guest houses, an open communal hub sits at the heart of the estate surrounded by a jaw-dropping infinity pool with underwater skylights. 
The very first estate to be built, The Branson Estate is situated at the northeast tip of Moskito Island and enjoys the enviable position of being adjacent to the island’s recreational facilities. Decorated in a Balinese style, the estate is comprised of three beautiful villas which are cleverly connected by elevated walkways – this is the ultimate in barefoot luxury living. The estate sleeps up to 22 guests and enjoys direct access to its private beach which is the perfect spot for group gatherings and stargazing.

Moskito Island’s 125 acres are shared with a handful of homeowners, and there is a shared recreation area that includes an infinity pool and bar, tennis pavilion and a watersports centre offering kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling and more. The island’s chefs can create a bespoke menu for your group or whip up something to surprise you, and you have a choice of indoor and outdoor settings for each meal. There is also a high-end fitness centre, and spa treatments are available in your villa on request.
