ÀNI Sri Lanka is a magnificent full service and full board 15 bedroom estate that combines contemporary tropical architecture with top quality furnishings and decor. This spacious and expansive full service villa has a spa, gym, large oceanfront swimming pool and dedicated children's pools with waterslides. You can enjoy relaxing in many of the outdoor seating areas and take in the breath-taking views and watch the sunset. Thanks to an event pavilion and extensive facilities, it is not only the perfect retreat for a large group of friends or extended family but for a wedding or an event.

The staff at ÀNI Sri Lanka are on hand to offer excellent service and chefs prepare delicious cuisine, both local delicacies and international dishes, with several bars fully stocked for refreshments at any time of the day and night.

ÀNI Sri Lanka is made up of a seven-bedroom villa and an eight-bedroom villa, both with bedrooms offering privacy, and access to pools close to all rooms. The estate can be separated in two or rented as the entire property.

Villa Monara is located on the eastern side of the estate and had eight bedrooms. There are  3 split level Master Suites, 3 Classic Master Suites and 2 Guest Suites that feature twin beds that can be configured as a king. Villa Divia is located on the western side and has seven bedrooms. There are 3 split level Master Suites, 3 Classic Master Suites and one Guest Suite. Each side of the property has its own large pool, dining areas and bar.
