Al Waha is the main buffet restaurant where authentic Middle Eastern influences and international flavours are combined at live cooking stations with the most divine results. The tender meats of Suhail are simply unforgettable, as are the beautiful desert sunsets from its rooftop terrace, and influences from Arabia and the Mediterranean are waiting to tempt you in Ghadeer. Al Falaj offers a unique bedouin-style dining experience, open to the stars, for dinner during October - April only and Al Liwan serves Arabian coffee, mint teas and pastries.
