630 junior and one bedroom suites, all with king size bed, air-conditioning, mini bar with soft drinks replenished daily, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, CD player and a balcony or terrace. One Bedroom Suites feature Jacuzzi baths and ocean views. Royal Service Suites offer 24-hour room service, express check-in, fully stocked mini bar and access to the Royal Service lounge, restaurants and swimming pools with bar and concierge service. The new Swim-Up Pool Junior Suites, opening in summer 2013, are the first of their kind in Cuba, located on the ground floor with Balinese beds and direct access to one of the Royal Service pools.

With 8 restaurants on offer, the wide choice of cuisine includes international, Oriental, Italian, Japanese, Caribbean and French. There are 2 restaurants reserved exclusively for Royal Service guests, including the delightful Hill Top Hideaway. There are also 10 bars.
